Steve Bannon: "Hold it...I think we've got some BREAKING NEWS here...You're saying you're gonna get a joint resolution...to basically take the power back from the Secretary of State and put it in the State Legislature to put forward the Electors?"
Senator Mastriano: "That is exactly what we're gonna do."
