In this episode of The Lauren Rainey Tenney Show, I'm sitting down with my friends Vinny and Jenny Hickerson. We're talking about the give and take of marriage and working together in business, and the important role boundaries plays in that. These are two of the most dedicated, self motivated, and passionate people I’ve met and I'm excited for you to learn from them!

Jenny and Vinny both moved to Nashville to pursue music and are now all in on fitness. Jenny is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, third degree black belt, and 2012 World Champion in Taekwondo, as well as a bikini bodybuilder competitor, nationally qualified. Bigg Vinny (Vencent Van-Zant Hickerson) with his band Trailer Choir has hit the Top 40 Billboard Hot Country Chart with five singles. He was also a contestant on The Biggest Loser, where he lost 211 pounds and finished in the final four.
