Texting and Driving - Near Collision

This happened on Nov 10, 2015. This lady was texting, driving with high beams on, swerving, randomly braking, and speeding up and slowing down randomly. She was obviously paying more attention to her phone than the road. Almost ended badly.

I didn't have a rear camera at the time. This was my first major incident captured on dashcam.
