How to Paint an OCEAN WAVE

Rumble In this video I will show you how to paint a breaking ocean wave and create light and atmosphere. I show you how to paint a dramatic breaking wave, white water in the foreground, rocks, spills and sea spray.

I show you the colours and paint brushes I am using.

This tutorial takes you through 5 Steps towards creating a this seascape that includes:

1. Composition
2. Blocking in the painting
3. Creating Light and Atmosphere
4. Adding detail
5. Final details

This art work was painted using oils but you could also paint this in acrylics too.
