Edit: It seems that Nov 1st is not a holiday in ALL EU countries, the nordic countries have their day off later and a couple other don't have one at all.
It was still a holiday in "most" EU countries (18/28), but not all... so, my bad on that part!

(with a 1000 player bonus from the actually counted numbers)

Rough EU numbers ~1500 (rounded up from my ~1000 count)
