Jim Casey found the timer behind the Lockerbie Bombing of Pan Am 103

In 1986 Jim Casey recovered a timer after an uprising in a small country in Africa - Togo. Two years later as an FBI agent, he came to learn that it was the same type of timer that brought down Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland.
