IMPECCABLE PIE CRUST (Full Tutorial)

YOU CAN make wonderful homemade pie crust by following this recipe! It meets the 3 "musts" of any pie crust. It must taste good (and it does), it must have a good texture (it does) and it must look good (I'll show you how). Even if you're a beginner, you CAN do this because I show you, step by step, exactly how to prepare this crust AND how to make it look great! Homemade pie is pretty simple once you can make the crust, and this video will show you how.

This recipe makes 4-5 single pie crusts. The dough "disks" (you'll see what that means) can be frozen and then used upwards of a year later when you get the taste for pie and it only takes about 10 minutes to roll, set in the pan and crimp the edge once the crust is thawed (about 1 hour).
