I opened Capt Zac's Sugar Shak in June of 2013. This is the video I made from the audio I voiced at 1470 AM Peoria IL Studios.

I refurbished an 1890s historical building I had in Downtown Delavan IL into a fine chocolate ice cream parler for my high school age children to work at before going to college.
