May rice hack for perfect fried rice is using Basmati rice. You'll be surprised how good your fried rice will look.

When you hear fried rice, the majority of the time, we associate it with Chinese fried rice using soy sauce. In Thai cooking, fish sauce is the preferred choice of sauce. (The best way to describe Thai food flavor is Tom Yum. Tom Yum pretty much hit all the flavor of Thai cuisines.) There is really no secret to making fried rice. It'll depend on your taste buds and what you like to add to your fried rice. Your taste may not be the same as the other person so since you are doing it for yourself, make it to your liking. You are the one who is going to eat it.

I uploaded a Bacon Fried Rice earlier and by using just about the same ingredients to make the Thai Basil Bacon Fried Rice, I want to show the difference in the dish. The only difference in the Thai dish would be to add basils and fish sauce. These 2 are the main difference. Everything else is your liking.
