Healing Verses - E001 - God Healed Me and He Can Heal You Too!

This is the first episode of a new series entitled "Healing Verses". Each episode I will read and discuss one or more Bible verses about healing.

I suffered from IBS for over 20 years. Now, God has healed me. I just had to believe it, because what my body was telling me was more powerful than what I thought I believed about God's powerful healing and our ability - as Christians - to heal each other.

What I didn't realize, until I listened to a some videos by Andrew Wommack, prophet, pastor, and founder of Charis Bible College, was that GOD WANTS US TO BE HEALTHY. But, we have to do the believing.

This video discusses two verses on healing using the NIV and KJV versions:

1 Peter 2:24 (KJV):

"Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed."

AFFIRMATION:

"By his stipes I AM HEALED!"

1 John 4:4 (KJV):

"Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world."

AFFIRMATION:

"Greater is HE that is in ME than he that is in THE WORLD!"
