Smoked Ribs Rub: How To "Make Ribs Great Again"
2 tbsp Montreal steak
1 tbsp 1 tsp Kosher salt
1 tbsp Garlic PwdrÂ
1 tbsp Onion pwdrÂ
1 tbsp Dried Basil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp orange peel
1 tbsp pepper
3 Cups Brown Sugar
Follow that for a basic good ribs recipe

I make anything. I am actually a chef, and I make foods from all over the world. What I specialize in is flavor, too many chefs make disgusting food. Just because something is presented well, does not mean it tastes as good as the look. Quite often it is over salted, under flavored, and cooked to a bad texture.
These judges on cooking shows cannot cook themselves, and their flavors are horrible. I can tell how something tastes by watching someone make something. What I can tell you is simple, Chef Ramsay is a horrible cook, unless you like your food salted, then salted, then salted, then salted, then a little pepper, then salted, oh ya salted, did I mention salted.
