When people do not have meaning in their life, they are easy prey for evil. You are easy prey for manipulation when you lack upward aspirations with the broader and truer perspective wrought by sincere Christian living. Evil’s desire is for you, and it has a conscious and motivated desire that has always been for you. Hell wants food, and it deceives people on the emotional level and keeps them from the critical thinking and order that God has for them. (Church of the Nazarene Stream Preacher)
