- The Broken Window Fallacy and how it apply to the “science” of shutting down schools.

- Governor Andrew Cuomo of New York is getting an Emmy for his performance during the COVID outbreak. An International Emmy Award for his handling of COVID outbreak. It was quite a performance, to be fair.

- Kurt Schlichter joins us to discuss the election challenges and the madness happening in Georgia’s recount and special election.

- Celebrate Small Business Saturday early by buying a side dish or dessert from a local restaurant for your Thanksgiving dinner.

The Big Story:

California Governor Gavin Newsom says you have to lockdown in your home and restaurants can’t be open and you can’t have the family gathered for Thanksgiving. Governor Newsom gathered with 22 people to dine indoors because his rules don't apply to him.

Larry Hogan is the Governor of Maryland. In his most recent COVID press conference, Hogan said “there is no constitutional right to walk around without a mask” and he equated it to saying you have a constitutional right to drive drunk.

Why does it matter what the Governors of California or Maryland do? Because it could be your Governor ordering you to lockdown while they skirt their own rules. Your Governor could be the one saying your don't have a constitutional right to make your own decisions about your health.

We have seen how many Americans are willing to do whatever, whenever and however the Government orders them to do it. This perspective emboldens elected officials to dictate your every move while they enjoy the luxury of free movement.
