"If you are having airflow problems and can't figure it out, check everything, even the little things like the air intake snorkel. If there is a crack in the air intake snorkel or if the air intake snorkel hose is loose or the air intake boot clamp is loose then it can cause airflow problems.

Normally the car snorkel is not going to be the problem. The problem should be further down. I would look into the car intake boot itself or the air intake hoses for cracks and leaks. A loose hose can be tightened, but if there is a cracked air intake boot then use some kind duct tape until you get a chance to replace the intake boot or air intake hoses.
