Note that the central computer system like Dominion only helps people at the local level to cheat. It can not change the ballots locally, and it as no chance of adding them up wrong without detection.

Problems seem to be detected where there are more votes for the candidates (+ other ballots) than there are voters, so someone must have added more ballots than then removed:

Therefore it's really important that the vote counting anywhere is survailed from beginning to start so that no one can add or remove ballots.

There were a lot of computer equipment stolen from the highest office "Regeringskansliet".
