CHILDREN'S READING CHALLENGE
28
Children's Book Week comes up both in May and November. Normally, we would be celebrating by reading in your schools, at book festivals, and storybook events. This year is a little different. We are staying safe at home. We need to do it at home.
Will you accept my challenge? Each week I will share 5 reading activities. If you complete them, you can check them off on the list below. Here are the first five tasks:
1 Read my best friends' favorite book.
2. Read a graphic novel or comic book.
3. Read out loud to someone younger than you.
4. Read out loud to a grandparent or adult.
5. Read a nonfiction book on a topic you don't know much about.
Next time, I will be back here with 5 new tasks. Sending you a virtual hug. Bye now!
