Buffalo NY Business Owners Chase Away Erie County Sheriff’s Deputies & Health Dept for Trespassing

A gym owner organized a meeting of local business owners in Orchard Park, NY, to discuss how to survive increased New York State restrictions, and to strategize where do they go from here with all the tyrannical shutdowns. About 20 minutes into the meeting, the Erie County Sheriff’s Dept showed up escorting the Erie County Health Department into the property to demand the meeting be shutdown. Those assembled would not stand for the intrusion on their individual rights, on private property, to privately, voluntarily assemble and associate. The behavior of the "authorities" clearly demonstrated a misconception that the constitution and bill of rights can be suspended or end-run by the health department.
