Williamson County, TX: ES&S Software Continues to Prove Unreliable (Part 4)

Spoiled ballots in Williamson county cannot be tracked as of yet. Even after continued requests to the Williamson County elections office they are unable to give an accurate tally of how many ballots misprinted. Ballots were misprinting during the entire early election period!
