Maricopa County,AZ did NOT verify signatures on absentee ballots according to AZ law!

Maricopa County, AZ Elections Director Rey Valenzuela admits that signatures on absentee ballot envelopes that did NOT match the voter registration signature were NOT verified with a signature that matched voter registration signature or with ID or in person but instead Maricopa officials called by phone and asked people to say one detail and considered that signature verified if the person on the phone said one detail and that was enough verification for Maricopa County and the absentee ballot was accepted and counted despite the signature on the absentee ballot envelope NOT matching the signature on the voter registration.

Maricopa even setup up a voicemail where people whose signatures on the absentee ballot did NOT match the signature on the voter registration could "verify" their signatures by leaving a voicemail message with their name and one detail.

Arizona accepted absentee ballot applications by EMAIL and NO SIGNATURE needed to get the absentee ballot and when requesting absentee ballot the applicant could ask for the absentee ballot to be sent to an address that was given when applying and that was NOT the registered voter address.

Details needed on the absentee ballot application were first and last name, residence address and birthdate and one other detail.
Details accepted in absentee ballot applications to get the absentee ballot were according to AZ elections website:
"State or Country of Birth, or another piece of information that, if compared to your voter record, would confirm your identity (e.g. Arizona Driver’s License #, last 4 digits of Social Security number, father’s name, or mother’s maiden name)"

If a person knew ONE of those like things one can find out from data services and public records like:
State or Country of Birth
father’s name
mother’s maiden name

Then the absentee ballot would be sent to the requested address that did NOT need to be the registered voter's address.

When the absentee ballot was returned and the signature on the absentee ballot envelope did NOT match the voter registration signature the Maricopa officials called if there was a number under the signature like instructed by Diana Solorio, a spokesperson for the Maricopa County Recorder’s office through media as reported by KJZZ:

"Solorio also said it’s a good idea for early voters to provide phone numbers under the signature line so election officials can call directly if there are any questions"

And one detail by the person on the phone about the registered voter was enough to get the absentee ballot accepted despite signature NOT matching the registered voter signature.

If there was NO phone number under the signature then the person whose signature did NOT match the voter registration could check AZ ballot status AbsenteeTracker whether the signature had been accepted by Maricopa or NOT and if it had NOT been accepted because it did NOT match voter registration signature they could call the Maricopa voicemail setup for signature verification and say the name of the voter and one detail and the signature would be considered verified and the absentee ballot would be accepted.

Do you see how Democrats could have committed massive absentee ballot election fraud in Maricopa County and flip Arizona for Biden?

If you don't here is how it could have been done:

1.
Democrats or Democrat tied organizations used the AZ Registered Voter's list that they have for sending voting advertisements/info etc. and picked from there a group of Maricopa voters who are on the registered voter list but have moved away from Maricopa/AZ or died but that are still on the registered voter's list OR registered voters living in Maricopa/AZ who have unlisted phone numbers and that are not voting every election.

Dead people and people who moved out of Maricopa/AZ are favorites because they will definitely NOT go vote in person but registered voters still living in Maricopa/AZ are good picks too for stealing their voter registrations to get fraudulent absentee ballots if they do not regularly vote since even if small percentage of them go vote for Trump in person then they could be told "there must be a glitch" when they show up as absentee voters on the system and given provisional ballots so they would think they voted but in truth since the absentee ballot sent by Democrats would pass the gutted signature verification through phone their provisional ballots would be thrown out and not counted since the Democrats voted absentee using their voter registration and it was counted so provisional ballot would be thrown out and less votes for Trump.

Democrats find out their birthdates from data services where one can buy such info when one knows the other info from the voter registration list.
Or if they ordered the Quantum Registered Voter List for AZ from Emerges this is unnecessary since it contains birthdates.

3.
Find on data services or public records:
State or Country of Birth
father’s name
mother’s maiden name

Also Arizona Driver’s License # and last 4 digits of Social Security number are available from government databases, arizona state and maricopa county databases and financial company databases so one person working in these places could send even these to the Democrats to make sure the fraudulent absentee ballots are counted but considering that Maricopa created a system that enabled absentee ballot election fraud I am pretty sure these were not needed.

4.
Submit absentee ballot applications by email giving first and last name and residence address as shown on the registered voters list+birthdate+ one detail from step 3 and request the absentee ballot to be mailed to a different address than the registered voter address.

5.
Get absentee ballots delivered to the addresses that are not registered voters residence addresses.
Then vote for Joe Biden and the astronaut on the absentee ballot and sign it with the registered voters name and send it back or drop it off at a drop box.

If the Democrat operatives wanted Maricopa County to call them so they could "verify" the signature with one of the details from step 3 once the signature on the absentee ballot envelope did NOT match the voter registration signature they could put a phone number under the signature on the absentee ballot envelope.

Bunch of prepaid numbers needed for this and given to Democrat operatives to keep open and ready to answer to pretend to a be the registered voter and give one detail to get the signature accepted or purchase thousands of phone numbers from companies that sell phone numbers and connections for a few dollars per line if bought in bulk and setup these to wait for the call.

6.
When the signature on the absentee ballot envelope did NOT match the voter registration signature then Maricopa County would call the number if put under the absentee ballot envelope signature and Democrat operatives could give one detail and get the signature "verified".

If a phone number was not put under the signature in the absentee ballot envelope then Democrat operatives could just call the Maricopa voicemail setup for signature verifications and say the registered voter's name "Hello, I am Joe Blow and I am calling to verify my signature and
say one detail (my father's name/my mother's maiden name/state I was born) or even the last 4 digits of social security number or driver's license number if the Democrats got these from the state or county databases.

7.
Fraudulent absentee ballots were counted and Joe Biden won.

AZ Elections Director Rey Valenzuela made his statement in Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Meeting to Canvass the 2020 Election - Nov. 20, 2020 where Maricopa County Board of Supervisors certified Joe Biden's win in Maricopa County despite Rey Valenzuela telling them about his ILLEGAL scheme that gutted and destroyed signature verification and enabled absentee ballot election fraud by NOT properly making sure signatures on the absentee ballot envelopes match the voter registration signatures and instead Rey Valenzuela invented his own process of calling people whose signatures did NOT match if a phone number was under the signature that did NOT match and getting one detail from them and using that as justification to accept the ballot despite it having failed signature verification and Rey even bragged how he had setup a voicemail for people to say the name of a registered voter and one detail and "verify" the signature that way.

Maricopa County Board of Supervisors is apparently NOT familiar with Arizona Revised Statutes since Arizona Revised Statutes demand that SIGNATURES must be VERIFIED with SIGNATURES:

Arizona Revised Statutes 16-550:
"A. On receipt of the envelope containing the early ballot and the ballot affidavit, the county recorder or other officer in charge of elections shall compare the signatures thereon with the signature of the elector on the elector's registration record. If the signature is inconsistent with the elector's signature on the elector's registration record, the county recorder or other officer in charge of elections shall make reasonable efforts to contact the voter, advise the voter of the inconsistent signature and allow the voter to correct or the county to confirm the inconsistent signature. The county recorder or other officer in charge of elections shall allow signatures to be corrected not later than the fifth business day after a primary, general or special election that includes a federal office or the third business day after any other election. If satisfied that the signatures correspond, the recorder or other officer in charge of elections shall hold the envelope containing the early ballot and the completed affidavit unopened in accordance with the rules of the secretary of state."

What are Doug Ducey and Arizona legislature going to do?

Maricopa county CLEARLY broke the law and acted ILLEGALLY.

In my opinion it is 100% certain that Democrats committed absentee ballot election fraud in Maricopa County in 2020 enabled by the gutting and destruction of the signature verification of absentee ballots and stole Arizona election from President Trump.

In my opinion it is 99.9% certain that Democrats also stole the Senate seat in AZ from Republicans and Martha McSally in 2020.
It is quite likely that Democrats also stole the Senate election in 2018 through similar absentee ballot fraud.

AZ legislature must STOP this absentee ballot election fraud done by Democrats with a decision to give Arizona's electors to President Trump and AZ Criminal Investigation Division must immediately launch an investigation of Maricopa County actions in this election and take a copy of all absentee ballot applications and absentee ballot envelopes and check all and separate those where signature does NOT match voter registration signature and go interview the renters and owners of addresses which were used to receive these absentee ballots despite not being registered voters addresses and get to the bottom of how high this absentee ballot election fraud by Democrats goes and Trump Campaign and Martha Mcsally should also consider suing if AZ Republicans do NOT act first.

FBI has proven themselves to be useless so far as has DOJ and AG Bill Barr but they should WAKE UP too if FBI and DOJ and all the people working in them do not want to lose their reputation totally for allowing election fraud and NOT doing a damn thing.

The election fraud by Democrats must be STOPPED.

Democrats likely did similar absentee ballot/mail-in ballot election fraud also in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia and Nevada.
