Cutting Pears: 2 Easy Ways

Early September is pear harvest time. There are two easy ways to peal and cut up the hundreds of pears that our few trees will yield. Either cut the pear in half and scoop out the center with a melon ball scooper; or, stand the pear up and cut down around the core. Watch how it's done in this video.
