YouTube's Monetization Policies Are OBSCENE! Viva Frei Vlawg

I am fairly certain YouTube is coming for my channel. Or at least the monetization of it. And if they do, I won't go down without a legal fight. Here is the breakdown of how the new monetization policies are deceptive and, I suspect, unlawful.
