Proof of Vote Switching From Trump to Biden

2020 Presidential election coverage caught live on CNN clearly shows vote switching 19,958 votes in PA! With 42% of the vote in, an update shows a nearly 20,000 vote swap. Biden gets 20,000 more votes and the vote tally doesn't increase?

Come on, man! 20,000 new votes would increase the percentage of votes counted by 1. Except it didn't because those votes were taken away from Donald Trump! How does that happen? FRAUD!
