High Protein Blueberry Lemonade

One of the things that my nutrition clients have the hardest time with is consuming enough protein. Protein is one of the most important macronutrients because we need protein to help our bodies repair cells and to make new ones. Although, it's best to consume protein with real food, sometimes it's tough to reach that recommended amount of 1 gram per pound of bodyweight. This is where supplements come in. They fill gaps in our nutrition.

Protein powder is one of the best ways to fill in those gaps, but I get really bored mixing them in just water. Here's one way that you can spice things up and get some extra flavor! There's so many flavors, but blueberry muffin is one of my favorites.
