50BMG API vs Level 4 Plate | 50 Cal

API stands for Armor Piercing Incendiary. FINALLY the weather has eased up, and cooled down.
The MrBigKid channel purchased a Level IV Armor Plate from Safe Vest. This Plate does not have any metal or steel components, and is made up of Ceramic and PE Fibers.
In this Video, I shoot the Plate 5 times. First Shot is with the ol' .30-06 round. We went big first so we can prove that it holds up to its rating. Unlike a deformed steel plate, the Ceramic does shatter and fibers warp as expected on impact. In order to not "weaken" the vest, I decided to hit it with the .30-06 first. Second Shot is a 5.56 FMJ, Third Shot is the 5.56 Green Tip, Fourth shot is the .50BMG FMJ... then the .50BMG API "Armor Piercing Incendiary".
