- directly or indirectly engaged in, sponsored, concealed or otherwise been complicit in foreign interference in a United States election
- foreign actors identified (Dominion Voting Systems, Sytl)

CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, etc. THE HILL, NY Times, etc. tech companies (Facebook, Twitter, Google, Microsoft, etc.) will be found guilty under this State of Emergency Executive Order.

The prize will be, not just winning the election, but .. ** ALL ASSETS OF BAD ACTORS AND COMPANIES WILL BE SEIZED. **
