What the Hell went on in Wayne County, MI?

My take on MI voting. One really funny thing I learned shortly after recording this, is they have a law on the books: "If a ballot is received without an address, it has to be returned to the elector for correction!". Just where are they sending that ballot back to? They don't have the address...lol
