That seemed to be the question posed by Dana Perino and Karl Rove on Fox News. I've a video clip coming up in just a moment.

If these rumors are unfounded -- that Dominion Voting Systems was created to scam voters in Venezuela and to create the false impression that leftist thug Hugo Chavez won the election when, in reality, he almost certainly would have been pounded in a free and honest election -- that the Democrats did basically the same thing in 2020 -- why not file a massive lawsuit?

I don't know the answer. But I can guess. Maybe. Just maybe, Dominion Voting Systems has something to hide. The last thing they want to do is have their entire business model operating procedures opened to public scrutiny. And maybe the company is totally innocent.

Now a few things immediately come to mind.

First, Dominion Voting Systems may not want to go to court because they have something or somethings to hide. Those things may be totally unrelated. Remember when CNN settled a lawsuit with Nick Sandmann? The story is, CNN had something to hide. Not necessarily illegal or even nefarious. CNN may have wanted to keep their information gathering process under wraps, kinda like Colonel Sander didn't want his secret recipe getting out there.

Second, Dominion Voting Systems may not want to go to court because they are guilty as charged and they know it.

Third, Donald Trump has assembled an amazing legal team. So, guilty or innocent, Dominion Voting Systems will have a tough time in court. Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Katherine Powell, and Lin Wood. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't want to face any one of those lawyers in court, let alone all three of them.

I know defamation law. Defamation law is a friend of mine. Dominion is not going to sue anybody because TRUTH is an absolute defense.

Plus discovery in the case will open the cookie box to even more evidence that Dominion interfered in our US Election.

Fourth, Giuliani, Powell, and Wood — sounds like a law firm, doesn't it — would not make these probing and far-reaching allegations if they didn't have something to back them up. These aren't stupid people. They know where the deep water is and they know when they're in over their heads.

Now, that raises another question: If Trump's legal team has the goods, where is the lawsuit against Dominion Voting Systems. I'm no lawyer, but it seems to me there would be cause for a class-action lawsuit, the 'class' being every citizen of the USA. Maybe, just maybe, there is one in the making.
