Johnson County commission passes COVID-19 protocol enforcement

Johnson County commissioners passed a resolution Thursday to allow county code officials to enforce COVID-19 protocols and potentially fine violators. Cities in Johnson County must first approve county officials' right to ticket in their municipalities.
