- Articles of Impeachment have been introduced against Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer for failing to respect the separation of powers, violating the constitutional rights of Michiganders, issuing executive orders against the interests of the people and using state resources to reward political allies.

- Washington State school district has determined that Asian students do not qualify as “people of color” when measuring academic achievements.

- Ted Cruz took on Jack Dorsey of Twitter. Does the partisan censorship on Twitter qualify the company as a publisher rather than a platform? We defeat Big Tech by engaging with competitors. By leaving them behind with our advertising dollars.

- Indiana University Perdue University of Indianapolis is offering a class on the history of policing in America. The description of this class is highly problematic. There is a fundamental difference between reforming and defunding.

The Big Story:

Trump Derangement Syndrome is alive and well. Just listen to Andrea Mitchell of MSNBC defend the Iran Nuclear Deal. Just listen to John Brennan claim that Trump has left the Middle East in pieces that Joe Biden will have to clean up. That Biden will have to “repair the damage” done by Donald Trump’s Middle East policy.

What damage? To make either of these arguments is to defy reality. John Brennan lied. What the Trump Administration has achieved has been roundly applauded by leaders across the Middle East. Mitchell and Brennan hate Trump much that they will take the side of Iranian Government in order to squash any success of the Trump administration.
