Honda Forza 300 Valve Clearance and Adjustment (NSS300) using Shims

A video on checking and adjusting the valve clearances (valve check) on a 2015 Honda Forza 300 (NSS300). Tools that you will need for this valve job:

- Socket wrench
- 10mm socket
- 14mm socket
- Philips screwdriver
- H5 allen wrench
- H6 allen wrench
- Metal pick
- Feeler gauge for measuring valve clearance between 0.13mm to 0.25mm
- Caliper
- Torque wrench
- Shims (if valve clearance is out of tolerance)

Intake valves gap specification: 0.16mm ± 0.03mm (0.13mm - 0.19mm)
Exhaust valves gap specification: 0.22mm ±0.03mm (0.19mm - 0.25mm)
Valve shim diameter: 7.45mm
