This is 'officially' called Organic Balloon decor, it's that random, flowy look where it seems almost like the balloons just threw themselves together. Organic balloon designs typically take much longer than classic balloon decor, and waaaaaay more balloons, but this is how I do it in a super quick and easy way that doesn't use up quite so many balloons as your typical organic balloon look!
