Hibachi Teriyaki Chicken On Steelmade USA Griddle
It is so much fun cooking on Steelmade USA Flat Top Griddle that I had to make another video. You NEED one of these in your kitchen. Today, I'm making Hibachi Teriyaki Chicken with Fried Rice and mixed veggies.
Making fried rice takes a lot of practice. I still don't have it down. Though this one was almost spot-on flavor-wise. It is NOT as easy to make as it seems. It's also a long process as you MUST make the rice hours in advance at a minimum. It's best if it has been sitting in the fridge for a day or two. BUT as long as it's precooked and cold you should be fine. It's the reason you see so much starch collecting on the grill.

NOTE: While I infused the chicken with a marinade, you don't have to. The marinade was simply teriyaki sauce and garlic powder. Mostly, I wanted to test a method of quickly marinating with a vacuum sealer. BTW - it worked.
