Ross Miller sues Clark County, Stavros Anthony pleased by special election decision

A new lawsuit has been filed in the race for Clark County Commission District C which elections officials say was too close to certify the result which has a margin of victory of just ten votes. On Tuesday, former Nevada Secretary of State Ross Miller filed a lawsuit claiming the Clark County Commission overstepped their legal authority by wiping away votes cast in the general election which will set up a special election.
