Rear bumper hit and run

This person hit the back of my truck. Then she just drove off after that. She never stopped once. I have caught her lic in a picture. No, did not turn into the police, because they are so busy with other items that they would not do anything. The damage to my vehicle was nothing. Her mirror was torn off, and the side of her car was damaged.
