On This Episode:

- Section 230 and the difference between a publisher and a platform and what it means for us, the users.

- Georgia found 2,500 votes in their recount. Who do the votes favor? Donald Trump. Was this, indeed, the "most secure election" as the leftist media claims?

- County Commissioner race in Nevada with a difference of 10 votes of 153,000 cast. 139 ballots had discrepancies. What happens now?

- Thanksgiving is coming and many states are seeing restrictions put in place to prevent large family gatherings. Governor Whitmer in Michigan wants to order people to stay home. Dr Fauci and many others are urging people to avoid their elderly family members. If you understand that your elderly relatives may not have another Thanksgiving, you understand the importance of this conversation.

- A Florida man committed burglary and theft. He has been charged with multiple offenses including contributing to the delinquency of a minor because he brought his 8-year-old son with him.

- The difference between things you should not say, things you must say and things you cannot say under threat of punishment.

The Big Story:

Jack Dorsey of Twitter and Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook are back in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee today. Should we expect any changes in social media censorship models?

MailChimp, the email service, is refusing to provide service to the Northern VA Tea Party saying that it violates their terms of agreement about potential misinformation. what was the potential “misinformation”? Notifying members about a recount rally.

Joe Biden is moving forward with his transition team. He has named Richard Stengel as the team lead for the US Agency for Global Media. Stengel believes “all speech is not equal…I’m all for protecting thought we hate, but not speech that incites hate.” This man being anywhere near a media agency is a direct threat to free speech.

If Big Tech continues to practice censorship of thoughts and ideas they don’t like, are they not just creating their own echo chambers?
