Places of Worship Set for Changes in Purple Tier

Kern County has fallen short of the requirements to stay in the red tier, which has resulted in the state declaring Kern one of the counties moving back into purple, the most restrictive tier. With that, places of worship can only operate outdoors with modifications. 23ABC’s Kristin Vartan spoke to local religious officials more about these developments.
