Preparing the Garden for Winter

You need to make sure your garden is ready for winter so that come next Spring you can get the most out of it. In this video I talk about how I am putting straw over my planting rows to aid in protecting my drip tape and providing nutrients as it decays. I also, for the first time, put down a layer of mulch in between the planting rows to help fight off the weeds. Remember food is going to become scarce. You need to start growing your own food, NOW.
