Definitely check out Jeff’s videos for quality info on all kinds of fitness and look into Jeff’s amazing accomplishments as a leader in his field. If not one of the best, the best public info out there for training. Having never met them, but watching tones off their videos, they seem like pretty down to earth people. I’ve learned so much from this channel and will definitely address all that more in videos to come. I aspire to Jesse’s beard.
