I've been reminded multiple times in my life that I sometimes can see things in such a negative light, especially when it comes to myself. I can often be my worst enemy like that. When we practice seeing the miracles right in front of ourselves, it helps us to feel the miracles in front of us. Seeing is one thing, then feeling is another.
