NJ Governor Phil Murphy Says "All options are on the table" When asked about new round of lockdowns

As New Jersey enters the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic and positives cases are up to 3,000 per day, Governor Phil Murphy issued a warning.  All options are on the table. This week, Murphy instituted a bar shut down and ordered all restaurants shut down indoor dining by 1o pm.  He also put an end for now, to indoor interstate youth sports competitions.
