WHAT IS A BULLY?

A bully takes money from someone and gives it themselves and their friends.

A bully takes your things and gives it themselves and their friends.

A bully tells you what to do and the rules you need to follow and they don’t need to live under the rules they force on you.

A bully tells you where you can walk, drive and live.

A bully tells/shows you who/what you’re allowed to associate with.

A bully recruits other bullies to enforce their rules onto those they wish.

Bullies make up lies to scare and force people to react a certain way.

Bullies only car about themselves and are always looking for ways to steel more, money/wealth, property and freedom from everybody else.

Bullies work together and do not negatively affect other bullies territory.

Sounds a lot like government to me.
