The Official Time Line of the 2020 Elections per the Constitution of the United States

It seems that there is quite some confusion about when the actual President elect chosen becomes official, thanks to most media and some of our political representatives.
Luckily I have a professional fact checker in my family who keeps us up to date on the actual events that are taking place in our government. Or at least what they put on official records.
The Congressional Research Service seems to be the place to go for information on laws and events that are based on the Constitution of the US.
I go over the time line of our presidential election and what happens when, including way before we even go to to the voting booths.
Sorry it isn't my usual pithy blah blah, but I felt this was enormously important to share.
No matter what you think or feel or what the MSM and your reps have told you, we all have to wait till Jan 6 for the actual and official outcome of the 2020 election. Until then all we can do is try to have a good holiday season.
