We met with Dan Bongino at Apex Tattoo Factory (Apex North Carolina) alongside the owner and operator Jax Myers. Matthew Myers was arrested during the early stages of NC Governor Cooper's lockdown mandate simply because he turned his "open" light on at his tattoo parlor.

The public came to learn the Apex Mayor Jacques Gilbert was very much for opening businesses and reported he was the only Mayor in the County of Wake who opposed shutting down businesses, while the Governor decided who was to be labeled "essential" versus "nonessential."
