Sourdough Starter No Discard/How To Make Easy Sourdough Starter without the Discard
All You need is three ingredients: Whole Wheat Flour, Water, and Time.
In a mason jar or bowl mix:
1/4 Cup Whole Wheat flour or Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
1/4 Cup of un-chlorinated water
Mix ingredients, cover and leave on your counter for 24 hrs. Repeat the process for days 2-5. On day five your starter is "ripe" and ready to use. Simply put-- your starter has enough wild yeast and good gut bacteria to rise your baked goods.
