2019 RAM 3500 Hood Water Leak

Whenever it rains or I wash my truck, water leaks into the hood. In order to drain it, I have to open the hood after a rain. I took it to my local sealer and they told me that it wasn't a problem because the hood has a drain. It drains like this from both sides when I lift the hood.
