Info from Licensor: "I had just pulled up to my house after getting off of work and saw the cat across the street. At first, I thought it was just licking the inside of the bag until I got close and realized it was struggling to breathe. I tried to move slowly so I wouldn't startle it and have it run off, or into the street."
