Gospel of the Kingdom

All believers are eternally saved (a free gift that can never be lost), but if the Lord's chastisement can befall unfaithful believers in this day of grace and mercy, even to the point of physical death (cf. Acts 4:32; 5:3–5, 9–11; 1 Corinthians 11:20–22, 30–31, 33–34), then to what degree can it befall, in the coming day of judgment, such believers as fail to adequately respond to His chastisement today. When Paul and Christ stood before earthly judgment seats (Gk. bema) they were on trial for their life (Acts 25:1–3,5–6,10–11; Matthew 27:1–2,19,22,26; John 19:1,10–13,16), will the same be true when we stand before Christ's heavenly judgment seat [cf. Romans 8:13; Revelation 2:11; 20:4–5; Luke 20:35–36; Philippians 3:10–15]?
