    So many police forces have been politicised and many officers are loving it because they feel, wrongly , that they can bully and push people around . I imagine that many magistrates are ignorant of the law especially since most of them are not lawyers by any stretch of the imagination but merely tradespeople and a lot more ignorant than the man we listened to .A clerk of any court SHOULD know but by the time they have lied to you and overstepped their powers to get you to court a lot of your life has been wasted for no good reason .The Welsh gov. appear to be going full on authoritarian .( I restrain myself from using what I think are more suitable words .

    Police will do whatever the people signing their paychecks tell them to do. PERIOD. Law is becoming irrelevant.
