We talked about how her parents helped her to be the person she is today, how she changed her name to “Rae” while applying for jobs which actually got her call backs and how teams actually said “We would never hire a woman”!

She also sold everything and moved across the world to the Netherlands to work with the Dutch Baseball and Softball teams there. Big risk that paid off for her!
