Mbalentle Foto 12 year old from Khayelitsha. Mbalentle's mother Bulelwa Foto who dauther is disabled and uses a Wheelchair because she is unable to walk. She live in an informal settlements and her house does not have sufficient space to accommodate the wheelchair also the area they live in does not have proper infrastructure to make it easy for a wheelchair." I am struggling as a parent to transport my child to various places such as hospitals" says Bulelwa Foto.She really need help because the area is not conducive to accommodating her Daughter's disability. she hardly get visits from Government officials to check up[ on her condition as they know very well that she is struggling with a child. She is appealing to the public to please help her with better accomodation or anything that can make her life and that of her child better.
